| Technical Features
of Tie-in and Fittings of Channel Yoke |

1.High speed; Because welding and
re-galvanizing are not required,its assembling speed
is more than 3 times of that of pipe with flange joint;
2.Convenient; user-friendly locking device with less
bolt amount and matchable locking is not required;

Reliable
①Full circumference compaction for yoke,cushion
ring and end channel,big tensile strength for pipe
end,testing pressure: 4.2MPa, operating temperature:－30℃～100℃,max.degree
of vacuum:0.08MPa；
②C-shaped cushion ring can prevent triple leakage
with excellent sealing property;
③Lock ring optional according to fluid medium, pipe
material and operating temperature;(see figure one)

4.Vibration Insulation
①Gap of pipe end can effectively insulate noise
and vibration,even under the condition of hot
expansion and cold shrink;
②The sealing cushion ring can absorb noise and
vibration(see figure two);
5.Cost-effective
Compared with flange joint,the yoke tie-in can
economize 20% of engineering costs. Moreover,
power supply,oxygen and open flame are not required
for construction;

6.Nonpolluting: There
is no welding spatter left,and do not spoil the galvanizing
coat and plastic coat of pipe while installing,thus the
pipe and sprinkler system can be insured to be straightway
and noncorrosive.
7.Compact:
①Installation space ratio between flange joint and yoke
tie-in is 3：2.
② Yoke tie-in and fittings can be pre-installed,and adjustment
of installation direction and angle is available; |

8.Convenient
Maintenance: While cleaning and replacing, nothing
should do but to dismount two yokes and four bolts,
convenient for pipe extension, replacement and
rotation. (see figure three)
9.Complete Piping :
Our
factory provides special channeling machine and
tapping machine for custom-built specifications
with DN25 to 600;
10.Technical Parameters:
1). No leakage under the compression strength
of 4.2MPa for 5 minutes; Strength of yoke is qualified.

2).Stable negative pressure and excellent
sealing performance under the strength of 0.08MPa for
30 minutes.
3).Leakage Velocity ≤0.5×10-4MPa/S.
4).Rotor Angle Range≤3.5°f＝35mm.
5).Max. pipe end gap: 6mm.
6).Manufacturing according to GB8259,8260,8261-87,related
standards issued by Ministry of Construction,as well
as UL213-93 of US; 建设部城镇建设行业标准及美国标准UL213-93生产。
7).Channel yoke tie-in complete with Design Regulation
of Automatic Fire-Sprinkling System of GB50084-2001;
